I let it run for about 5 minutes straight. This was previously used on a Craftsman table saw. Which was significant overkill. It starts up strong and hums right along.

It runs very well, but does have scuffs, scratches and a dent on the capacitor housing. This is a HEAVY 1.5hp motor. This excludes: AK, HI and us territories. It stayed relatively cool and did not develop any abnormal vibrations, noises or smells.
