Rough handling from the shipper, wrong version for your machine, switch setting or parameters not set correctly to name a few, which are all out of my control. Okuma 4 axis dc power supply DCPS-3 ac 200 v 60 a part was removed from working machine. If for some reason it doesn work you that does not constitute as described, there could be many reasons.
