Details:
Manufactured in 2013, removed from a working production line. If you don't know how to change rotation, contact a certified electrician. This takes the place of hook plate.
Always check rotation before installation of any 3-phase motor. Pictures show hook plate which is not included with the motor. They are for sale as I installed single phase motors on the vacuum pumps.
I do have an edwards plastic handle that can included if requested. Currently wired with 20a 3-phase plug for 480 vac.
