There is no fill spout and to take apart check might break the gasket so I didn't want attempt it. I'm not a mechanic but before putting in use you ought to check and make sure there is oil the housing. Dayton 2Z799C ac dc gearmotor 1 15 hp 12.

8 rpm 1/2 shaft. 3 amps ratio 390:1 110 in lbs torque used it worked fine when took out of service. I'm keeping the price reasonable to allow you get a gasket etc if needed.
