I don't know where it originated from, or if this is a homemade product, but definitely the strongest fan i've ever seen and fully functional. The cage on the front needs 3 more zip ties or bolts to properly secure it fan frame. This is a VERY interesting product. This item is in good working condition and what you choose for the use entirely up.

The knob to turn it on and off adjust the speed comes pretty easily, so I am also including an extra one in case you lose original. Please see the photos for all specs.
